Crisis

You are part of a rescue mission in an earthquake-hit zone, to save lives and rehabilitate victims, under stress of time, economy and communication. Learning outcomes include decision making, collaborative problem solving and situational leadership.

The Game​

  • Participants are part of an elite special task force who are called in to run rescue operations in an earthquake-hit city for 6 days.

  • As part of their mission they have to save lives build shelters and cater to the needs of the affected people. All this needs to be achieved under the various pressure dynamics of time, economy and communication.

  • Every member in the team has a vital, predetermined role to play, ensuring that the objective of the team is met.

 

The Method

  • Experiential learning and facilitated delivery.
  • Extremely engaging experience allowing participants to be their natural selves.
  • An open environment which does not judge a certain behavior as ‘good’ or ‘bad’ – making learning and reflecting more comfortable.
